Gymnastics Enrichment Program
Children will be introduced to basic skills in tumbling, balance beams, and bars through fun games and activities. The rotation of activities will ensure that interest levels remain high, and children's confidence and skills will be developed as a consequence. Gymnastics helps students develop strength, flexibility, listening, and basic skills.

No! The Gymnastics as well as the Arts Classes are open to everyone that meets the age criteria, regardless of enrollment in Maplewood Preschool.
The Extended Day - Bridging Program is for you! If your child attends an Enrichment Class, they will benefit from uninterrupted care from when Preschool starts, at 9:00 am, until you pick them up at the end of the Enrichment Class, at 2:30.
The Enrichment Class price is $25/day. You can choose one or multiple days of the week, for any particular class.
For example, you can choose to attend the Gymnastics class on Mondays, for Session two of 2026:
- There are 10 Calendar Mondays between December 1st, 2025 and February 2nd, 2026;
- Out of those 10 Mondays, 1 is non-working (MLK Day – January 19th, 2026) – this leaves us with 9;
- That means that for Session 2, Mondays, the price to sign up will be 9 days × $25 = $225
Subscriptions are offered as a complete package for the entire season. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred day of the week, but specific days aren't available. For instance, if you choose Tuesdays, you'll enjoy all the Tuesdays in the session.
Sure! As long as they're on different days, there's no reason why your child can't enjoy our Sports Class on Tuesdays and Arts Class on Thursdays, for example.
