You can select whatever weeks work for your schedule (non-consecutive is fine).
Minimum of two weeks, chosen from Weeks 1-8. Week 9 is a separate stand-alone session that can be booked on its own - details below.

Week 9 – Summer's Last Splash
August 23rd – August 27th · $815 · Grades K-7 & CIT
This stand-alone, one-week session has its own programming, schedules, camper groups, and staffing — a special bonus week designed to feel different from the rest of summer. We like to think of it as its own mini-camp: fresh activities, new groupings, a relaxed end-of-summer vibe, and one more chance for campers to soak up that Maplewood magic.
• Week 9 is booked on its own — the two-week minimum does not apply.
• Transportation is limited during Week 9, and buses run only from centralized stops.
• No sibling discount.
Grades K-7 & CIT
For kindergarten: Entering Kindergarten September 2027.
Time: 9:00 am-4:00 pm. 5-Day: Monday-Friday

Before & After Care
The extended day option provides before & after care for any camper.
Enrollment Policies & Payment Information
If you have any questions regarding the Maplewood Summer Camp enrollment policies or payment terms, please don't hesitate to reach out.
We offer an Extended AM program which runs from 7:30-9:00am and an Extended PM program which runs from 4:00-6:00 pm.
This program is overseen by our awesome staff who will run sports, crafts, and group games. There are even lifeguards in the afternoon so our campers can swim in our beautiful, heated pool!
A morning and afternoon snack are provided for each camper. You can sign up to use this program on a daily basis or just as needed. We are flexible to fit your schedule and needs.
A $400 deposit per child is required with registration.
- 4 Payments - January 2027 thru April 2027
- 6 Payments - November 2026-April 2027
- 7 Payments - October 2026-April 2027
- pay in full balance is due on or before April 30th 2027
Sibling discounts: 5% for 2nd sibling, 10% for 3rd sibling, and 15% for a 4th sibling. The sibling discount does not apply to the 9th week of camp.
Occupational Discounts: (one per family)
- 5% for School Teachers and Administrators, Police, Firefighters, and non-active Military.
- 10% for Active Military
We want to provide as much flexibility as possible if you need to cancel. Our policy is as follows:
- before Before February 1, 2027, all tuition, including your deposit, is fully refundable.
- After February 1, 2027, all tuition paid will be refundable until March 1, 2027, with the exception of your $400 deposit per child, which is non-refundable.
- After March 1, 2027, if you choose to withdraw your child from all or any sessions, we will credit your tuition amount (minus your deposit) to your family’s account for the summer of 2028.
Under the Child and Dependent Care Credit, expenses for sending qualifying children aged 13 and under to day camp can be tax deductible.
To qualify for tax savings, parents must have dependent children under the age of 13 enrolled in a day camp and must either be employed or a full-time student. As the day camp allows parents to work or attend school, its fees can be considered dependent-care expenses.
The tax benefits vary depending on household income and other factors. Parents are encouraged to consult a professional accountant or tax advisor to find out if they qualify and for how much.
